144MHz PA

Projects

This PA is based on two pallets each with one pcs. LDMOS type MRF141G from Motorola.

After a lot of problems my 2m PA is finaly in top shape, thanks to OZ1LPR.
25W in, 600W out. 27,5V 31,5A power consumption, efficency 70%. -nice.

See you in NAC test, now app. 6 db stronger than usual.
